complete certification of the Hospital by the Dekra according to the DIN ISO 9001:2015 Norm
Quality certification of our EndoProstheticCentre (EndoProthetikZentrum) by EndoCert
Quality certification of our Pelvic Floor Centre (Beckenbodenzentrum) as a recognized Continence and Pelvic Floor Centre by the German Continence Association
established hygiene management and a hygiene committee that imposes specified standards, which are based on the legal guidelines and the recommendations of the Robert-Koch-Institute
Regular internal and external hygiene training of our personnel and workers
Screening for multi-resistant germs (MRSA)

Implementation of OP checklists (Team-Time-Out, eradicating any possibility of confusion)
HACCP (Food Safety)
continuous development and realization of our quality and hygiene management
Specially trained and qualified personnel with regards to hospital hygiene and the prevention of infections (Skilled and qualified staff for hygiene related issues)
Caregivers, nursing personnel and doctors have been equipped with additional hygiene training and schooling
Continuous monitoring of antibiotic usage (Antibiotic surveillance)
